Sally works as a sports medicine and athletic trainer, which provides ample information that she passes on as a coach for CKA's competitive team.
Jerry Heltibrand
Jerry, our most senior member, shows that karate is for anyone at any age.
Jon McDaniel
Jon McDaniel is both an instructor and an aspiring athlete. A champion at regional and national events, as well as a medalist at the world championships, Jon leads by example through hard work and commitment.

Steve is a software architect by trade, developing many web enabled applications and sites used worldwide (he also maintains this website). Steve enjoys traveling, as some of his trips include touring through Germany and training karate in the Venezuelan mountains.
Noelle Richter
Noelle first became involved with karate through her children. Not content with watching from the sidelines, Noelle began training and has been in love with the sport ever since.
